By accessing this website or booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Business Information

Yoki K-SkinGlow provides professional beauty and non-surgical aesthetic treatment services.

All services are subject to availability, consultation and suitability assessment where required.

3. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• misuse the website or knowingly introduce viruses or harmful material;
• attempt unauthorised access to the website, server, or connected systems;
• copy, reproduce, or redistribute website content without written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw access to the website at any time without notice.

4. Bookings and Appointments

Appointments may be booked online, by telephone or in person.

By making a booking you confirm that:

• the information you provide is accurate and complete;
• you are over 18 years of age or have appropriate parental or guardian consent where applicable;
• you will attend appointments at the scheduled time.

Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation at our discretion.

5. Deposits, Payments and Pricing

• Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
• Prices may change at any time without prior notice. However, every effort will be made to provide clients notice before price changes.
• A deposit may be required to secure an appointment.
• Full payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.

Failure to make payment may result in refusal of future bookings.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We are a small business with a limited number of clients. We respectfully require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

7. Late Cancellations, No-Shows and Late Arrivals

We understand things happen and are sometime unforeseen. However, appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in:

• loss of deposit; or
• a cancellation charge of up to 100% of the scheduled treatment cost.

No-Shows: As mentioned, we are a small business. Failure to attend an appointment without notice will be treated as a no-show and the full treatment fee may be charged. Repeated missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings.

Late Arrival: If you arrive late, we will endeavour to accommodate you; however, treatment time may be shortened or the appointment rescheduled. The full treatment fee will still apply.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment where at least 48 hours’ notice is provided.

8. Medical Information and Client Responsibility

All of our treatments require consultation prior to treatment.

You agree to:

• provide accurate medical history and personal information;
• disclose allergies, medications, skin conditions, pregnancy, or relevant health issues;
• follow all aftercare advice provided.

We cannot accept responsibility for complications arising from undisclosed or inaccurate information.

9. Treatment Results

Results from beauty and non-surgical aesthetic treatments vary between individuals depending on skin type, lifestyle, medical factors, and adherence to aftercare advice.

Yoki K-SkinGlow does not guarantee specific outcomes.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, branding, logos, layout, and design, remains the intellectual property of Yoki K-SkinGlow unless otherwise stated.

No material may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under UK law:

• we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or services;
• our liability is limited to the value of the treatment or service provided.

Nothing within these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with UK data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
